Eventworks is a student-run event production team specializing in areas of experimentation. Using music, comedy, performance and collaboration; we create events that harbor a desire for radical reconstruction. All aspects of these events - curation, technical operations, etc are conceived of and produced by students of the Studio for Interrelated Media (SIM) major. Our work is based in the interdisciplinary nature that fosters crossing boundaries of media definition and embracing the creation of new forms.

The Massart Children's Book Club’s promise to its members is to harbor a space where the topic of children's literature can be spoken about and conducted in a realistic manner. Each year, the Club’s members will be educated about important aspects of writing, illustrating, and making their very own children's books (either for fun, or for the purpose of publishing.)

There will be critique sessions, workshops, and guest speakers throughout the year, as well as the opportunity to join official organisations like the SCBWI. But at the end of the day, this club exists simply for the joy of writing and illustrating for children, and for ourselves.

Student Galleries offers students an opportunity to propose, curate, and install exhibitions in our galleries on campus.

S.A.G.E.S (Student Academic Galleries Exhibition Support) are a team of students who work in collaboration with the Director of Academic Exhibitions to release the Call for Exhibition Proposals each semester, jury submissions, and build the campus exhibition schedule.

Once student curators get an exhibition proposal accepted, they will be assigned a designated SAGE to assist them with all the planning logistics for the show. SAGES also help maintain the campus galleries supply inventory.

Zine Scene is a community space to share resources surrounding zine-making and risograph printing together while sharing our voices within the broader local zine publishing community.

We have in-person and online meetings where we make zines together, present in-depth explanations on formatting, printing, and constructing zines. We also host visiting artists who give demos and share their own zine and print practices.

We also exhibit student work within local spaces such as the Massachusetts Independent Comics Expo (MICE) and the Boston Art Book Fair.
