Bird Club aims to get MassArt students interested in the hobby of birding, and eager to learn about the wildlife that surrounds us.

There are opportunities to go on trips in and around the city in search of as many different species of birds as possible. Throughout the year, we will photograph, document, make art, and meet to learn and share our experiences surrounding birding.

Eventworks is a student-run event production team specializing in areas of experimentation. Using music, comedy, performance and collaboration; we create events that harbor a desire for radical reconstruction. All aspects of these events - curation, technical operations, etc are conceived of and produced by students of the Studio for Interrelated Media (SIM) major. Our work is based in the interdisciplinary nature that fosters crossing boundaries of media definition and embracing the creation of new forms.

The Godine Family Gallery is a student-run exhibition space designed to accompany the Studio for Interrelated Media (SIM) department.

The current Godine team's mission is to turn the gallery into a place of transformation and further the relationships that viewers have with artworks by activating the spaces in which these two parties co-exist.

We'd want to be able to further strengthen the community by having teams that fellow students can work together on, to find an active and fun way to be together, and exercise parts of our bodies that don't necessarily directly involve art making. The MassArt community would thrive on students that have both artistic strength AND athletic strength.

The ReStore is a sustainable, donation-based, volunteer-run store on campus whose mission is to provide any MassArt community members in need with free art supplies so they can be successful in their artistic practices while continuing with our goals of sustainability and reuse.

The ReStore is located in the lower level of Kennedy across from the Bookstore.

Student Galleries offers students an opportunity to propose, curate, and install exhibitions in our galleries on campus.

S.A.G.E.S (Student Academic Galleries Exhibition Support) are a team of students who work in collaboration with the Director of Academic Exhibitions to release the Call for Exhibition Proposals each semester, jury submissions, and build the campus exhibition schedule.

Once student curators get an exhibition proposal accepted, they will be assigned a designated SAGE to assist them with all the planning logistics for the show. SAGES also help maintain the campus galleries supply inventory.
