Hi Student org leaders/SGA Reps
We hope your semester is off to a great start! Now that the Office of Student Engagement has a full team, we’re streamlining our processes to make things easier for everyone. Here’s a quick roundup of updates that affect your group, plus a few dates to put on your calendar.

How to reach us
Please send all communication through Campus Groups or to the Student Engagement email. Our team has divided responsibilities behind the scenes, and keeping requests in these channels helps us route them to the right person and respond quickly. Please also check Campus Groups and your email regularly, since that’s where we’ll follow up with questions or updates.

Payment requests
- Please submit payment request forms 3–4 weeks in advance whenever possible. This gives us time to order everything you need and avoid last-minute delays.
- If you’re using SGA funds, the process is the same. We’ve updated the form with a few new questions that will help us order more efficiently.
- If you’re using fundraised funds, we now have a dedicated form for that: Found Here. Please use the form instead of emailing your request.

Resources for your org
Have a question? Our Student Engagement Resources is a great first stop. It includes the Student Org Handbook along with training documents and other helpful materials. If you can’t find what you need there, feel free to reach out through Campus Groups or the Student Engagement email.
